Chocolate Chia Skyr Pudding

Rich dark chocolate and creamy skyr come together with heart healthy chia seeds to create a thick, decadent breakfast that is delightfully delicious and nutritious. Make your breakfast something to look forward to with this deep dark chocolate chia skyr pudding! 

Serves 4

Ingredients
2 tbsp
70% Dark Chocolate
chopped
1/2 cup
Milk of choice
1/2 cup
Icelandic Provisions Low-Fat Plain Skyr
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp
Chia Seeds
1 tbsp
Cocoa Powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp
Maple Syrup
Cacao Nibs, for topping
Fresh fruit, for topping
Recipe
Step 1:
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate.
Step 2:
Add milk, skyr, vanilla extract, chia seeds, cocoa powder, salt, maple syrup and melted dark chocolate into a blender.
Step 3:
Starting on a low speed, blend the mixture and gradually increase to a high speed. This will help you get a smooth thick pudding. Blend the mixture until everything is fully combined and homogenous.
Step 4:
Serve the pudding in your desired dish right away or let it chill for a few hours for a thicker consistency. Top with cocoa nibs and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
