Looking for a main that is sure to impress? Skyr can do it all! This recipe calls for a lemon dill skyr sauce made with our new 30oz low-fat Plain Skyr. The skyr sauce is used to both marinate the salmon and to serve. How easy is that?

Ingredients
Skyr Marinade + Sauce:
1 cup
Icelandic Provisions Low-Fat Plain Skyr
1 tsp
Dill
1 tbsp
Honey
Zest from 1/2 Lemon
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Salmon:
1-1.5lb Salmon Filet
Lemon slices (wheel)
Salt and Pepper, to taste

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients for the skyr marinade and sauce.
Marinate the
Place the salmon filet on a parchment lined sheet pan and cover the salmon with ½ of the skyr mixture. Top the salmon filet with lemon slices and salt and pepper to taste. Marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
Bake the
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and roast the salmon for 15-18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 125 degrees F. Serve with the remaining skyr sauce and side dishes of your choice.
