Coconut Chia Seed Pudding


Skyr and chia seeds are a match made in nutritional heaven. Both are nutrient dense foods and both are the main ingredients for our Coconut Chia Seed Pudding recipe. Our Traditional Coconut Skyr is full of coconut flakes so no need to add in additional coconut or flavorings like other recipes call for. Make it the night before to enjoy for breakfast the next day.

Serves 2

2 - 5.3 ounces
Icelandic Provisions Traditional Coconut Skyr
2/3 cup
Unsweetened Coconut Milk
3 tbsp
Chia Seeds
1 1/2 tsp
Fresh Seasonal Fruit of Choice
Step 1:
In a medium bowl mix together the coconut skyr, coconut milk, chia seeds, agave, and salt until combined.
Step 2:
Cover the bowl with a lid or with a piece of plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to rest overnight.
Step 3:
Prior to serving, give the pudding a good mixing to redistribute any chia seeds that may have clumped up. Divide the pudding between two bowls, top with fresh fruits of choice, drizzle with a touch of agave and enjoy!
