Recipe
Chipotle Skyr Crema
Step 1
To a blender cup or tall immersion blender cup add the skyr, mayonnaise, peppers, garlic, maple syrup, vinegar, lime zest and juice, and salt. Blend on high until completely smooth. Stir in the cilantro then adjust salt as needed before enjoying.
Sweet as Honey Mustard Dressing
Step 1
To a bowl or blender cup, add the mustard, maple syrup, skyr, garlic, lemon zest and juice, and a pinch of salt. Whisk or blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust salt as desired.
Creamy Tahini Caesar
Step 1
To a blender cup add the skyr, tahini, mayo, nutritional yeast, lemon, capers, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, and a pinch of salt. Blender until smooth. Taste and adjust salt as desired.
Caramelized Date Dressing
Step 1
Heat oil in a small sauce pan over medium low heat. Add the dates, garlic, and shallots with a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes or until the garlic and shallots are golden then remove from heat.
Step 2
To a blender cup, add the skyr, tahini, lemon zest and juice along with the cooked dates, garlic, shallots, cilantro leaves, and another pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. If the dressing is too thick for your liking, thin it out by adding 1-2 tbsp of cold water at a time then blending until your desired consistency is achieved.
