Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash, cut and pit plums and then slice each plum into 4 wedges. In a mixing bowl combine the plum wedges, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted butter and salt.
Line a small oven safe baking pan/dish with parchment and pour the plums and the liquid into the baking pan/dish.
Roast the plums for about 10-15 minutes or until the plums begin to release their juices and wrinkle slightly.
While the plums roast, serve the vanilla skyr in your desired dish. Drizzle the tahini on top and swirl the mixture with a spoon or toothpick.
Once the plums are done baking, let the cool for a few minutes and then place onto your tahini swirled skyr.
Top with crumbled halva and more tahini if desired. Enjoy!
