
Skyr Marinated Tandoori Turkey Breast
Description
For those of you who are hosting a smaller Thanksgiving, this skyr-marinated Tandoori turkey breast has so much flavor and is so moist, thanks to a delicious marinade with Icelandic Provisions Plain Skyr, spices, and lemon juice. For a spicier turkey, use 1 tablespoon of chili powder.
Ingredients
1 
Turkey Breast, bone in skin on 
1  Cup
Icelandic Provisions Low-Fat Plain Skyr 
1 Tablespoon
Grated Ginger 
1  Tablespoon
Grated Garlic
1.5 Teaspoon
Kashmiri Chili Powder 
1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon
Ground Tumeric
1 Tablespoon
Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoon
Canola Oil 
3/4 Teaspoon
Sea Salt

Step 1: 
Marinate: Pat turkey breast dry and set aside. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Toss to coat the turkey in the marinade, and marinate for 2 - 4 hours in an airtight container in the fridge. 
Step 2: 
Bake: Set a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 450°F. Transfer the marinated turkey to a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Lower the heat to 325°F and bake for an additional 35 - 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the breast is at least 155°F. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 - 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
