
High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
Description
This buffalo chicken dip has become my favorite snack during the week, thanks to a protein-packed base of thick & creamy skyr, rotisserie chicken, and buffalo sauce. It’s tangy, salty, and spicy, perfect for serving alongside chips or veggie sticks!
Ingredients
1.5 Cup
Icelandic Provisions Plain Skyr
2 Tablespoon
Ranch Seasoning Mix
1/3 Cup
Buffalo Sauce
4 Ounces
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1.5 Cup
Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
cooked
2 Tablespoon
Chives or Scallions
minced
Tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks
for serving
Recipe
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2:
Mix together the skyr, ranch seasoning mix, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and garlic powder in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the chicken and toss to combine.
Step 3:
Transfer to a baking dish (around 11x7-inch) and spread evenly. Top with chives or green onions.
Step 4:
Bake for 18 - 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks. Enjoy!
