Fruit & Nut Cherry & Almond Brûlée
This is our shortcut on Creme Brûlée with a cherry & almond twist!
2 - 4.4 Ounces
Icelandic Provisions Fruit & Nut Cherry & Almond Skyr
Fill 2, 5 oz ramekins each with an entire 4.4 oz container of skyr.
Evenly sprinkle 2 ½ teaspoons of sugar over the top of each ramekin.
Using a handheld torch, caramelize the sugar by heating it in a constant circular motion starting from the center and working outwards. Heat until the sugar bubbles and slightly browns.
Let sugar cool until it hardens, about a few minutes, then serve immediately.
