No Churn Frozen Lemon Skyr Cups

Description

The perfect recipe if you’re looking for something to cool you down in this heat! Using our plain whole milk skyr makes this frozen treat super smooth, creamy, and the boost of protein is an added plus.

Serves 6

Ingredients
6-8
Lemons
1 - 30oz container
Icelandic Provisions Whole Milk Plain Skyr
1 -14oz can
Condensed Milk
Recipe
Step 1:
Slice the ends of the lemons so they lay flat and cut in half. Juice the lemons and reserve 1/4 cup of the juice, store the rest.
Step 2:
Remove the membrane from the lemon and place in a freezer bag. Freeze overnight.
Step 3:
In a bowl, combine the skyr, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Add to an ice cream container and freeze. You can also use an ice cream maker for a creamier result. Scoop into the hollow lemon shells and enjoy.
