Whisk together krímí and sugar. Divide into two popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.n
Melt the chocolate over water bath or in the microwave along with the coconut oil. Sprinkle over already frozen popsicles, sprinkle with shredded coconut right away while chocolate is still soft. Wait a few minutes while the chocolate hardens or pop the popsicles back into the freezer until ready to serve.
